I was a bit overwhelmed with all the choices, but Chris took the time to get to know me, my lifestyle and my needs, and had me test-ride a few bikes that were perfectly suited. He didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of accessories, instead suggesting I ride for a few weeks and then see what I might need. He made sure I knew everything about the bike before I pedaled off. We just purchased our eBikes from these guys and they where great and so helpful, we felt like we where treated over the top on how they showed and allowed us to test ride the bike we wanted to buy. This place is amazing. No exaggeration when I say its the best service I’ve encountered at any bike shop, e-bikes or otherwise. I’ve been riding BMX for years, and I also train on a road bike. I commute via bikes, own no car, and so wanted to get into an e-bike for comfortable commutes. It’s so nice to show up and NOT be sweating in the days clothing. I purchased a Super73 Adventure series. Absolutely love it, and I’m a larger guy at 220lbs, who uses it daily. Making the purchase was great, and the team at e-bikes USA never once put any pressure on me, or made me feel obligated to anything. In fact it felt the opposite. All we can say about this place is awesome.  We had a salesperson, that at first we thought was kinda young, named Oliver (Turned out he was only 15).  Wow!  The knowledge this young man had was incredible.  Any question we had was promptly answered.  He listened to what we were looking for (we had no idea).  He told us the difference between the different bikes with what we were looking for.  He could have easily pointed us at the most expensive bikes in the store, but did not.  Never any pressure! From the moment I walked in the door I knew my experience at eBikes USA was going to be good.  From the welcoming manner to the numerous test rides and changes to the ebike I purchased, my interaction with Dusty, Chris and the rest of the team was excellent.   They were friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain the different bikes and their capabilities.
