Return Policy

eBikes USA strives to provide the best products and services to our customers.  The following conditions apply to all purchases:

1. Sales of electric bikes (eBikes) are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guaranties that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
2. Please consider that eBikes are pedal assist bicycles that require proper use by the riders.  eBikes equipped with a throttle should not be used like a motor scooter. Your ride locations and elevation changes are important to consider as you choose the right eBike.  We want to ensure you are happy with your selection prior to purchasing from eBikes USA.
3. Accessories can be returned for a refund or exchange within 5 days after purchase in new and unused condition. They must include any and all applicable parts and packaging, i.e. keys for locks, instruction booklets, bags for helmets, etc.
4. Note that if the product is defective,  eBikes USA will provide repair or warranty services per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
5. eBikes USA warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the  bicycle and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
