eBikes USA eBikes Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The eBikes USA eBike Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the State of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of eBikes USA, and their respective immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to these Official Rules, and eBikes USA’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
Giveaway Period: The Giveaway will run from June 1, 2023, through August 31, 2023 (“Giveaway Period”). There will be a total of three (3) winners, with one winner selected at the end of each month during the Giveaway Period.
How to Enter: Participants must fill out the digital form on the Denver Botanic Gardens page of the eBikes USA website to enter. One (1) entry per person is valid for each month of the Giveaway Period. If a participant wins, their entry will no longer be valid for the rest of the Giveaway Period.
Winner Selection: The winners will be selected at random from the eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winners will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time the notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) Aventon ebike, which has a value of no more than $2,500, and must be picked up at eBikes USA’s showroom located at 201 University Blvd, Unit 123, Denver, CO 80206. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize. eBikes USA reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, and other costs associated with accepting the prize.
$100 Off Ebike Accessories: Each participant receives a $100 off ebike accessories coupon, which is usable with a purchase of a regular-priced ebike. This coupon is valid for 30 days upon issue.
General Conditions: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of eBikes USA, which are final and binding in all respects. eBikes USA reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway in its sole discretion. Participants agree to release and hold harmless eBikes USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or any prize won.
Winner Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, each winner grants eBikes USA the right to publish their name and photograph on eBikes USA’s website and social media channels for promotional purposes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Participants agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration or legal proceeding.
