eBikes USA Advantage Program - Terms and Conditions

The eBikes USA Advantage Program (the “Program”) is designed to provide enhanced benefits to customers who purchase eBikes from eBikes USA. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

1. The Program is available to customers who have purchased eBikes from eBikes USA.
2. The benefits of the Program are non-transferable and can only be availed by the original purchaser of the eBike.

Professional Assembly:

1. The Professional Assembly benefit covers the cost of assembling the eBike purchased from eBikes USA.

1st Complimentary Safety Check:

1. The 1st Complimentary Safety Check benefit includes a comprehensive inspection of the eBike within three months of the purchase date or after 300 miles of riding, whichever comes first.
2. The customer must schedule an appointment in advance to redeem this benefit.

1st Tune-Up:

1. The 1st Tune-Up benefit entitles the customer to one free tune-up for their eBike.
2. This benefit is valid from December through March and must be redeemed by April 1st after the purchase.
3. The customer must schedule an appointment in advance to redeem this benefit.
4. Additional parts or repairs required during the tune-up may incur extra charges.

2nd Complimentary Safety Check:

1. The 2nd Complimentary Safety Check benefit includes a comprehensive inspection of the eBike.
2. This benefit is valid from December through March of the following calendar year.
3. This benefit is applicable only to the eBike purchased from eBikes USA.
4. The customer must schedule an appointment in advance to redeem this benefit.
5. Additional parts or repairs required during the tune-up may incur extra charges.

Warranty Services:

1. Warranty services are provided for eBikes purchased from eBikes USA.
2. The terms and conditions of the eBike manufacturer’s warranty apply, and eBikes USA acts as the facilitator in warranty claims.
3. Warranty services cover manufacturing defects and normal use-related issues.
4. Warranty claims for damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications may not be eligible.
5. The customer must provide proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim.

Winter Service Center Specials:

1. The Winter Service Center Specials include reduced service fees from December through March.
2. Reduced pickup and delivery fees are also applicable during this period.
3. These specials are subject to availability and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Product Availability:

1. While eBikes USA makes every effort to stock a wide range of bikes, availability is subject to demand and may vary.
2. The availability of specific models, sizes, and colors is not guaranteed.

Dedicated Service Center:

1. The Dedicated Service Center prioritizes appointments for eBikes purchased from eBikes USA.
2. Customers must schedule service appointments in advance, and availability is subject to demand.

General:

1. eBikes USA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its benefits at any time without prior notice.
2. The Program benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3. eBikes USA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired Program benefits.
4. eBikes USA is not liable for any damage or injury that may occur during the use of the eBike or as a result of participating in the Program.
5. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
